Applications Data Removal

The data we collect on our applications are there for your use, we do not share or sell your data. Please refer to the instructions below on how to remove data from our applications.

To delete your account:

  1. Open the RTA Systems developed app

  2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar

  3. Scroll down to Delete Account

  4. Tap Delete Account

  5. Review the confirmation message and tap Delete Account to confirm

What gets deleted:

  • Your account and login credentials

  • All records

  • All personal profile information

  • Your data stored on our servers (Firebase/Firestore)

What is retained:

  • Messages you sent in group chats remain visible to other group members but are no longer associated with your name

  • No data is retained by RTA Systems LLC after deletion

To delete only your session data without deleting your account:

  1. Open the RTA Systems developed app

  2. Tap the Settings icon

  3. Scroll down to Clear All Data

  4. Tap Clear All Data and confirm
